Welcome to our forum.

You can put vented discs and calipers on the front. You may also need to change the caliper brkt though as some have different hole spacing.

As for the rear you need to make sure that the drums are properly adjusted and mud free. Or you can fit rear discs using a rear disc conversion kit.

Fitting braded brake hoses also helps the pedals feel and keeps them more protected while offroading.

One other thing I just thought of, if the Vit that you take the brakes off has 16" wheels then you will need to change the wheels as well to clear the bigger brakes.
